Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months. If your plan is not a fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades are prorated: you're credited for the unused portion of your current plan and charged only the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Which currencies do you accept?
USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, SGD, HKD, INR, and JPY. Local taxes are handled by our payment provider automatically.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest, isolated per user, and never shared. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Do I need to enter a credit card for the Free plan?
